If you do not agree with any of the clauses mentioned here, you are advised to discontinue using the website.

ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

Customers must be 18 years or older to place an order.

Users below 18 years may browse, however any purchase must be made under parent/guardian supervision.

By registering or placing an order, you agree that:

  1. all information submitted is true and accurate
  2. you will not impersonate another individual or entity
  3. your login details will not be misused or shared for fraudulent purposes

Sambodhi reserves full rights to suspend or terminate accounts that are suspicious, misleading or violating policy guidelines.

USE OF WEBSITE & CONTENT OWNERSHIP

All saree images, product descriptions, photography, creative assets, graphics, text, catalogues and media displayed on Sambodhi are exclusive property of Sambodhi Designs Pvt. Ltd.

You agree that you will NOT:

  1. copy, reproduce, download or re-upload images/content for commercial use
  2. scrape website data via bots, scripts or automated tools
  3. deep-link, mirror or display parts of the website elsewhere without written permission
  4. post defamatory, abusive or unlawful comments on any of our platforms

Any attempt to replicate catalogues / patterns / handloom designs commercially without permission will be treated as intellectual property violation.

PRODUCT & COLOR ACCURACY DISCLAIMER

Sarees involve handloom weaving, dyes, yarn variations and artisan finishing. Therefore, slight differences in color, texture, threadwork or weaving pattern as seen on screen may occur.

Lighting, screen brightness, device color calibration and natural fabrics can influence the displayed tones.

These differences are normal and are not considered defects.

PRICING, TAXES & OFFERS

All prices mentioned are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as displayed at checkout.

Discounts, promotions or offers are at the discretion of Sambodhi and can be modified or withdrawn anytime without prior notice.

ORDERS, ACCEPTANCE & FULFILLMENT

Your order is considered “accepted” only after processing & dispatch.

Sambodhi may cancel/refuse orders in cases including but not limited to:

  1. incorrect pricing due to system error
  2. unavailability of product
  3. suspicious transaction
  4. incorrect address/incomplete details

Any such information will be communicated via email or SMS.

USER CONDUCT ON SAMBODHI SOCIAL PLATFORMS

Sambodhi allows customer interactions via Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp etc.

You agree to not post abusive, misleading or damaging content relating to Sambodhi or other customers.

Sambodhi reserves the right to remove such content and block users if necessary.

LEGAL COMPLIANCE

Users shall comply with all applicable laws including but not limited to:

  1. Indian Contract Act
  2. Information Technology Act
  3. GST / Customs / Foreign Trade Rules

Any fraudulent or unlawful use will be dealt with legally.

JURISDICTION

All disputes, claims or legal matters related to Sambodhi shall fall strictly under the jurisdiction of {{ Barrackpore }} only.

No other courts / tribunals shall have authority.
