Cancellation and Refund

We curate sarees that are handcrafted, limited production and delicate in nature. Most sarees are specially finishing-checked only after an order is placed, hence cancellations/refunds are restrictive.

CANCELLATION

Orders cannot be cancelled in following cases:

  1. Once the order is dispatched
  2. Pre-order or Made-to-order items
  3. Sarees purchased under SALE / CLEARANCE

We do not provide instant cancellation after payment — however you may reach out within a short window before dispatch and we will attempt to assist (not guaranteed).

RETURNS / REFUNDS

Due to the nature of sarees (fabric handling, drape fold-lines, hygiene), returns are not accepted.

Only in case of a damaged/incorrect product received:

  1. You must email us within 24 hours of delivery
  2. You must provide unboxing proof (clear video & photos without cuts)
  3. Our team will verify & approve replacement eligibility

Approved cases will receive replacement only — no monetary refund is issued.
