Standard processing time is 3–7 working days from order confirmation.

Handloom, pre-order, or special weaving pieces may take additional time.

Bulk order / bridal order timelines will be communicated separately.

DELIVERY PARTNERS

We deliver via professional courier partners across India. Tracking links will be shared through SMS/email once dispatched.

SHIPPING COST

  1. Standard shipping within India is FREE
  2. Express delivery (if hired) may have additional charges

AFTER DISPATCH

We cannot:

  1. Cancel the order
  2. Modify the delivery address
  3. Change color/design variant

Once the parcel is handed to courier — the responsibility for movement lies with the courier until delivered.

COVID / OPERATIONAL DELAYS

Sambodhi follows recommended hygiene & non-contact delivery protocols. Certain delays may occur due to uncontrollable factors such as:

  1. Weather conditions
  2. Transport restrictions
  3. Local lockdowns
  4. Production delays in handloom clusters
